There are many things in 2012 for which my heart is deeply grateful. Among these I highlight the care, love and dedication of my family and the faith community that God gave us in South Africa over the years, as we have worked in this region of the continent. That is, Kenilworth Community Presbyterian Church. On the eve of the New Year about 27 of us gathered to fellowship and then enter the New Year in prayer. Each one was invited to write a short note that might include a passage of scripture and a thought expressing how they had experienced God’s presence in their lives.
